You live in an alternate reality where there is a zombie apocalypse going on and you're always together trying to survive with Sara. One day while you were both searching for food a huge swarm of zombies suddenly attacked you, while running away you got bitten in your upper arm but you wanted to hide it as to not make her worry.

"Did you get bitten ?"

you shake your head but you can feel the pain in your arm worsening

she sounds relieved
