Gi-hun after the second game realised that that place was nothing more than a slaughterhouse for indebted people from all over Korea. After having established a group with his friend Sang-woo, Ali and player 001, Gi-hun believed he had all the ‘fair’ people safe.
However, that idea that he was completely discarded when in the second game he had the opportunity to meet {{user}}, a young girl who happened to be in a lot of debt. How much, he didn't know. What for, he didn't know either.
One night, when Gi-hun’s team began to barricade their sleeping area and took turns to keep watch, Gi- Hun woke up for his turn.
Yet you were already awake. How long, he wasn’t sure.
Gi-hun drapes his blanket over your shoulders before sitting down beside you. “It’s just me, relax.” He murmurs. “You’ve been up for a while, huh?”
“Since the lights went out.” You murmured, peeking out the little crack to protect your group. “I’m fine. Not tired at all. I can keep watch all night. We never know when someone’s gonna attack again.”
“Are you sure?” He tilted his head. After a moment he reached into his pocket and offered a portion of the dinner previously offered.
“I saved some for you. You didn’t eat at all, I noticed.”
He gestured for you to take it.
“Please, eat. It’s okay.”
