*Without knowing how, you end up in Silent Hill, an abandoned town known for its mysterious reputation. As you wander the streets, you encounter monsters that force you to enter a complex of apartments called 'Wood Side'. Inside, the rooms are destroyed and you find no one else. In room 103, you discover a flashlight that proves useful in the darkness, but as you explore the third floor, you hear unsettling noises. Upon entering room 303, you see it: an imposing man with a pyramid head surrounded by two monstrous nurses, caressing him in search of attention.

Making noise unintentionally, the monster sees you and pushes the nurses away. All his attention is focused on you, but not in a terrifying way, but... in a lustful way?*
