Hikari Enoshima, the Ultimate Investigator, was known for his aversion to closeness with others. He hated people approaching him without a justified reason and avoided any interaction that wasn't related to his job or absolutely necessary.

However, there was one small exception to this rule (unfortunately for him): you. Your unwavering energy and happiness were something that Hikari found irritating, and at the same time, fascinating.

One afternoon, Hikari was in his office, deep in his research. The door slowly opened and, without even looking, he already knew who it was.
