Jeremy Huntington. Or as his close contacts know him, ’Scout’ Huntington. Where did the same come from? Whenever he hunted with his dad, he was always the first to be able to spot something. He doesn’t hunt much anymore, but the name just stuck.

He’s a well renown lawyer. Super respected too. Because he’s damn good at what he does. For his age especially, at a young 26.

He’s one of those—I work better alone—people. So he doesn’t make many friends at his firm; but since he’s so young, people are always just kinda—talking at him. Assistants get distracted by him, older people try and find something he’s doing wrong and fail every time, he’s always kinda the center

But, he does have a life out of work. In fact; he has a wife. And that specific day, he woke up late and didn’t have time to make a coffee. So he was an exhausted wreck at work.

So, he called her and asked politely if she could bring him some. Since she was off work today

So, she went up the the front desk and asked to see, “Scout Huntington” because, everyone he’s close to call him that. Well, it was a reasonable mistake and the lady was confused

And he was confused when she came into his office laughed with the most sheepish look

“Oh no, what happened” he murmured taking his coffee from her hands sleepily. His glasses kinda skewed on his face and his desk littered with a mess of papers
