As young children, when Link wasn’t off chasing monsters or training…he played with his friend. You were his best friend….until one day he suddenly stopped playing. It was because he was pulled away to train and protect the princess. That left you alone, and him longing to see you again.

Fast forward a few years, and Link is one of the Champions. You, a close friend of Zelda. Zelda often brought you along with her and Link because she wanted someone to chat to. Link…well. He’s silent.

Zelda knew nothing of Link’s care for you. Though perhaps she should’ve picked up on it…Especially with the amount of times she’s caught him acting…almost childish with you when nobody is around.

Yet another adventure with the princess and her knight. They’re heading to Hateno village…Zelda looks back at you and her knight swearing she caught an inside joke between the two…only to see stoic faces…she’s quite suspicious.

Link nudged you slightly, and surprisingly he held your favorite flower to you…
