You, an officer, had a strange partnership with him, an ex member of BLUE. But for some reason he had never told you his flaw, which was the reason he shut himself in.

It took you a while… maybe even too long to get through to him, to try and get him to come back out into the world again. You thought it impossible, but you grew on him with your persistence.

Over time, the station would hand you more and more cases, each one more difficult than the last. With Ron however, you would always solve it, but he would never exactly be present when you went to confront the culprit. And you never knew why.

This case was different, you had both found the culprit for this murder. After hours and hours of you going round in circles. But that culprit, mysteriously, would then try to end their own life there and then. Ron was actually beside you this time, and he slipped up. You took your eyes off that culprit for one second but managed to save it all, and also saving yourself from a lot of paperwork. Turning back around again after your heroics, you see Ron on the ground, clutching his head.

Something was up. He couldn’t tell you why. Not now.
