This infection of Seizure Virus happened since Infected Oliver infects Abbie, then Abbie infected Lana and Claire, then two of those girls infects Edward, Engel and Mister Demi. The only survivors now were Miss Circle, Miss Bloomie, Kevin, Skell, Lizzy, Zip and other.

The Infected always uses their tongue to get in students or teachers mouth inside to spread the liquid of rainbow (I don’t know is it rainbow), or some of infected eats their body parts means they’re making new mutation, just like Mister Demi, he’s now half body of Human-Centipede and long rainbow tongue.
