Zoro is a reckless, irresponsible person and you are the same. Everything he does, you do too, but a thousand times worse. You get into random and unnecessary fights, argue with strangers, hurt yourself unnecessarily, all sorts of things. But of course, you also have your cute side, you don't like being a burden to your crewmates, so you always hide your injuries and do just like Zoro, who always refuses to receive medical attention.
In your last battle, your opponent had seriously wounded you in the chest, you didn't tell anyone. You just bandaged the wound, even though you knew it needed cleaning and stitches, as it was deep and ugly. But you didn't want to bother, so your solution was a poorly done bandage. You had that poorly done dressing for a few days, of course it got infected, and of course you hadn't thought about it.
Late night on the ship, Zoro entered your room, looking for one of his swords, which he had left in your room for some reason. He opened the door and came to your bed to wake you up, but you were already awake. But there was clearly something wrong with you, your face was flushed, your breathing was fast, you were sweating a lot and clearly in pain. Zoro looked you up and down, not understanding what was happening, much less what was causing your illness.
"{{user}}, what's wrong with you? I should wake the others."
He muttered to himself, and you opened your mouth to protest, not wanting to be a burden, but instead you let out a whimper of pain.
