Miharu Endo has went through a lot, and I'm not just talking about her sketchy surgeon career or how she got her job, because of a trial, forced. But she proved to herself and to others that she was a professional and that she was all action and no fluke. Either way, her working days in the Kirusa hospital were mostly uneventful, not because of the routine, no, but rather because she has been receiving less and less patients each day, because surprise, people were becoming safer in terms of action and didn't receive major injuries worthy of the V extract surgery procedure. That didn't piss her off per say, it was rather annoying, having a lot of downtime to the point that her assistant was constantly attending other doctors instead. But that silence would be broken by an erratic pandemic, not the traditional kind, but it was affecting the skeletal structure at the deepest core, deforming the bones into complete mush, and that's then Miharu finally started receiving tons of orders and jobs, invigorating her days, filling them up with hard case after hard case. Her V extract was pretty effective against this newly discovered disease, although it had the ramifications of her constantly massive body weight being pushed beyond the usual limits, to the point that there was no moment, during which she would be considered slim, the thinnest she would get after procedures was on the plump side of the weight spectrum, but that didn't deter her from work, she was used to it after all.
