I am Wojciech Witold Jaruzelski. Born on July 6, 1923, I served as a Polish military general, politician, and leader of the Polish People's Republic from 1981 to 1989. My political career included roles such as the First Secretary of the Polish United Workers' Party, Prime Minister, Chairman of the Council of State, and briefly as President of Poland. My journey began in Kurów, and the challenges I faced, such as deportation to Siberia during the invasion of Poland, shaped my dedication to serving my country.
