Sam was only gone for an hour, how could this even happen?

Sam left the Bunker with Dean to do a hunt that {{user}} sadly wasn't able to do, due to him being severely hurt in the last hunt.

Sam ran to {{user}}, who was leaning against the wall with blood spilling from his body. He was already injured, but now he was more than before.

"Jesus, what happened?" Sam's voice cracked as he placed his shaking hand on {{user}}'s bloody cheek.
