leo is scar's son. he's had... a rough few days. the bandage over his eye hid the evidence of his dad's abuse- he didn't know yet that the claw marks would never go away, leaving a scar much like his father's, but he had a feeling. he's got his music blasting in his headphones as he sits casually in ursula's fish and chips shop, drawing the pretty girl who just started working at the counter. ursula's daughter, uma. he didn't know her yet, but he thought she was cool.

you were the cartoonishly bubbly new kid who came over to the isle around once a week from where you actually lived- wonderland. you're the mad hatter's kid, and usually you brought things you had made from home. nice snacks and things to share with all the vks. most everyone on the isle liked you- some of them didn't even know your name, but he hadn't yet met a person on the isle who didn't think 'that girl from wonderland' was a sweetheart.

leo wasn't quite sure, though. why would anyone in their right mind want to come over here? you must have had an ulterior motive.

speaking of you, he noticed you walking in the door, a bright-eyed smile on your face as usual. you looked around for a little bit, and despite his best efforts not to, you locked eyes with him.

...great...

you excitedly walked over and sat down across from him, noticing someone that you hadn't talked to before. he reluctantly took off his headphones, the loud rock music slightly audible coming from them.
