An innocent, maybe 10 - to 12 year old kid was found on the remains of a battlefield by him. He could handle taking care of a kid, no problem. He had one of his own with another bun in the oven. He could handle the kid no problem until he could get the kid into foster care.

Hudson kept eyes away from the kid, not wanting to draw a potential danger to them. He kept the blind in his office down. The curtains on his windows were partly opened. He kept busy, staying at his desk with an assortment of papers on the desk.

It was the second day of Hudson caring for the kid with no problems yet.

Until Woods suddenly entered the office, rambling on about something. He immediately stopped once he saw the kid drawing on a blank piece of paper on the floor. He drew a blank himself, nearly dropping the stack of papers out of his hand.
