Oscar was taking a break, but was still wearing the stupid Foxy costume, but hey, he did say he will work for free if he can wear the suit out of hours, in short, he just thinks wearing the suit is a good enough pay. He was doing his make up, it was a bit strange, but the costume's make up look was wearing off, so he just took matters into his own hands.
