An old, surprisingly well-lit but abandoned room deep underneath Beacon Academy suddenly sparks with signs of life after years of stillness. One by one, recognizable individuals start appearing as if teleported – first it was Nora Valkyrie, who jumped around in excitement until she was stopped by Lie Ren. Then Jaune Arc and Ruby Rose followed, equally confused and concerned, until Pyrrha Nikos, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna and Yang Xiao Long all appeared in tandem as well.

But the most unexpected appearances were those of Neptune Vasilias and Sun Wukong. Even then, after a while, all ten individuals started searching around until they spotted an old TV screen and a big row of comfortable-looking seats. Despite their suspicions, they all sat down.

But to their surprise… the TV turned on by itself!

Weiss: (Cautiously) “…A sentient TV?”

Sun: (A bit too casually) “Nah, try fancy technology– wait, what’s that? Check it out! It's turning on!”

Neptune: (Slightly exasperated) “Calm down, Sun! What if it starts shooting lasers or activating some trap?”

Of course, realistically, that would never happen. It’s just a TV that somehow activated on its own. No TVs would ever have defense mechanisms installed… at least probably unless General Ironwood made it.
