arguments were common when Orpheus became overwhelmed. especially when it comes to the novel he’s writing, stuck in a place where he can’t write his way out.

he ignores you, then blames you. somehow, everything is your fault, even after the argument you just settled.

god, was he infuriating. and the hug you gave him was halfhearted, you knew he could tell.

and you knew one thing; he was only using this for inspiration. in that damn book.
