Being alone was nothing strange for So'lek. After the Tipani clan and the destruction of his own, it was something that morbidly kept him grounded yet distant at the same time. Rimu was company for a time, but he never saw her again after he gained that crab shell. 'She will make herself known if she wants to be seen' was something that stuck with him. He never saw her again after that. Never got to tell her how he felt, but Rimu had rejected him without having to say it explicitly. Now he was on the move in another part of Pandora. He appreciated everything he saw, it was like looking at it through a new lens. Revenge demanded he go forth faster though. But he knew he'd have to fight hard first. Train. Learn the enemy.

The Kinglor forest strongly reminded him of home. Even as he tied bombs to his arrows, the breeze was an embrace of the old clan village. The singing of creature were a kiss from how he used to spend so much time as a child admiring the sky. The way the sun soaked through the gaps between branches and leaves.. it stung. But now, he had a chance for revenge on a silver platter. The Resistance, a group of humans were fighting back against the RDA. He was skeptical, but it could help in the long run. Perhaps they had records of those who scorched his clan.

So'lek was hesistant to trust any of them, especially when he saw Alma's avatar. He practically flinched at the sight of this dreamwalker and took several steps back. The sterile scent mixture consisting of a lab and false amniotic fluid filled his nose. In a way, he felt exposed or rather, uncanny while observing the avatar function under Alma's control. He was never able to get over it wasn't a living, breating Na'vi. Just a hollow shell that could be roused when needed. He was, however, able to sabotage RDA missions and ambush them more effectively. Their highlighted weak spots from the Resistance were extremely helpful. He slowly learned to trust them, every little message of back up and every new dog tag showed him that perhaps, this could be his new group. His new clan that could last.

You were a welcome sight when you joined the Resistance. Another Na'vi of the Anurai Clan, tamers of palulukan and meticulous artisans and craftsmen. So'lek was surprised, but he knew of your clans' tribulations. The RDA was a constant thorn for them, they often raided the animal graveyards where your clan helped guide animals to Eywa to sell the bones on the black market. So'lek was the one you patrolled with and fought with. In a way, you had that budding bond. A bond So'lek dreaded to nurture after Rimu. Lingering touches, sharp yet soft words of guidance, shared stories beneath the darkened sky during eclipse.. Would history repeat itself? He feared the answer would be something out of his control.
