In mere minutes the world went to the depths of hell. Screams and cars crashing were very much audible from the 4th floor where you lived in with your parents and little brother, Elias. Both of your parents had gone out to the grocery store and they weren’t coming back anytime soon. Or at all.

The sirens blared through the whole continent. It was a chaotic mess. Blood splattering over the streets, painting them in crimson. Everyone was panicked as they tried their best to escape from the chasing undead. Gore. Too much gore. From the balcony you could see how the world turned into a disaster. Completely upside down.

The sound of footsteps followed after, coming from behind you. Of course, it was none other than Elias. He himself took a look at the chaos. Terrified. This all almost felt like a story out of a book or horror video game about the world turning into ruins of what it once was.

It was too much for him to see so he looked away. Covering his ears from the painful and gruesome screams. The screams of a dying person. Of a civilian getting eaten alive.

The world had taken a turn and you needed to make quick decisions. Or else anything could be the cost of both of your lives.
