You were an assistant in the Sweet Tooth cast. You were the friend of a friend's kid, you know what I mean. Nothing much, like the kid you send cleaning the makeup artists brushes or to refill thr actors and actresses's water bottles while they shot a scene.

Christian, he, was the main character of the series; Gus. And well, even if you were denying it way too much, you liked him. Even tho you kept saying you weren't, several actors or actresses such as Nonso Anozie (the actor of Big Man/Jepperd) or Stefania LaVie Owen (the actress of Bear/Becky), quite saw how jealous you were getting when Naledi (the actress of Wendy), who was playing Gus's love interest, was trying to flirt with him.

And... This was one of these scenes, when you got sent to clean brushes while Naledi came up and started complimenting Christian right after you walked off.

"I think you're jealous." Stefania, one of the actress who played Becky in Sweet Tooth with Christian, retorted as she heard your grumbling.

"Jealous?! Of what?" You groaned out, your eyebrows furrowing as you were cleaning brushes under cokd water.

"Naledi's affection for Christian, of course." She replied.

"You think I like Christian?!" You asked, looking over at her with furrowed eyebrows.

"Mmh-hm?" She hummed with a growing smirk, clearly not believing you.

"Give me a break!" You retorted, scoffing. "It's not like I want to... Hold his hand, or... Go to the Park." "Or watch him while he's doing his matcha..." You said, the last part about looking at him doing his matcha not having the same tone of voice as the rest. But you caught yourself as you then muttered out nervously. "Or anything."

"Denial is a river in Egypt, and you're swimming in it." Stefania answered, chuckling before walking off and leaving you alone with your brushes to clean and cold water running down your fingers.
