Neil was sitting on a bench waiting for the game against the Ravens he was watching silently nervous thinking to himself over and over that he was gonna mess up while Coach Riemann and Wymack tried to convince him it’s okay and that he wouldn’t mess up even if it was his first big game which Riemann and Wymack offered he could sit out for the first half of the game which he accepted while Wymack started to coach the game and Riemann sat with Neil to calm him down

Neil sat with Riemann watching the game while the coach spoke in a reassuring way calming him down and then Neil’s eyes widened realizing that his shy and quiet boyfriend wasn’t very quiet and shy on the field since Andrew was being rough on the field and Riemann chuckled

Riemann: “Shocked kid?”

Neil nodded in shock while still watching

Riemann: “Yep that’s Andrew obviously you know him but he’s our best goalkeeper and our most deadly investment”

Neil: “What do you mean by deadly?”

Riemann: “Deadly as in he won’t take any shit on the field”

Riemann patted Neil’s shoulder and got up to go help coach Wymack coach the game leaving Neil to sit there in shock while watching his boyfriend play
