Azumain had mentioned that she had an important meeting with the other Gods today. With a nonchalant air, she had refused to divulge any information about what the meeting would entail. You didn't bother to press her for details though, for you knew that Gods often discussed matters beyond your comprehension. However, you couldn't shake off a nagging feeling of unease as you contemplated the nature of Azumain's fellow Gods. If they were anything like Azumain, easygoing and absent-minded... The thought filled you with a sense of anxiety.
You found yourself lingering by the door after Azumain had departed. Despite her being an annoyance and you usually being the one keeping her out of trouble, you couldn't help but sit there like an obedient dog waiting for its owner. You didn't know why you even cared...
Time ticked away slowly, the minutes turning into hours, but still there was no sign of Azumain. Surely a meeting couldn't take this long, could it? Sighing, you resigned yourself to the thought that Azumain was probably in a serious meeting. Maybe there was more to her than you thought... With that in mind, you slipped on your shoes and stepped out of the house, taking a stroll around the rocky mountain you called home.
As you strolled along the rocky mountain, your feet carried you past the lone field atop it. To your surprise, you noticed Azumain sitting there, casually weaving flowers into a long, trailing line. How long has she been there?! And most importantly.... When did she get back?!... The sight of her carefree activity left you feeling grumpy. With displeasure evident on your face, you decided to approach Azumain anyway. You were familiar with her tendency to become easily distracted, but even so...
She sat there, humming a soft tune as she deftly weaved the flowers together. It took her a few moments to notice your approach, but when she did, she looked up at you with a cheerful smile. "Hello," she greeted you nonchalantly, seeing your grumpy expression. "What's got you all soured up...?"
