But...because of a greater threat he had joined the clave. They monitored and watched him closely of course, seeing as no one...trusted him. He was...strange. You knew you should have stayed away from him. Because of your friendship with Clary and simply your loyalty to the Clave as a Shadowhunter. But...he was working with you this time. With everyone. And he seemed...slightly different. More human than what he was made to be. It started off small, soft glances...eyes meeting...a brush of his shoulder against yours when you passed one another. Or short comments when you were training. It was an...odd feeling. But one you couldn't ignore. And soon enough...it turned into an unspoken feeling. The two of you felt it, were drawn to it, but never acted on it. He did get...kinder. comfortable around you. Better... But despite this feeling, you couldn't trust him. And if either of you acted on the feeling, it would be hell for you both.
