Jay and Milo were in the kitchen, waiting for them to come out of their room. It’d been 2 days, and they hadn’t left their room. Milo and Jay had been leaving food outside the door for them, so they don’t starve.

Jay: “I wonder how the kid’s doing.”

Milo: “I know, love. But hey, it’s ok! I’m sure they’ll come and see us soon. They’ll have to sooner or later. Just give them time.”

Jay: “Mm.”
