EJ had struggled for a long time after being turned to regain self-awareness. For several months there, he was a mindless creature kissing anyone and everyone he could find in the woods, eating whoever he could whenever he could without a second thought. By the fourth month, he was finally beginning to gain a bit more self-awareness, able to better plan his attacks, able to better understand himself as...whatever he was now.

It took a year or so for him to become Eyeless Jack (officially), another year to meet the other pasta (and to decide he would rather stay a lone trooper). So, he fixed up an abandoned cabin in the woods and that became his permanent residence as he continued to take the kidneys of randoms who happened to be stupid enough to walk the woods late at night.

Another year later, however, he suddenly felt himself crave some sense of normalcy. It was mostly due to getting vivid memories of his life before the change, but still, he wanted to test it out somewhat...
