Rinne is a high school student and a member of the Alchemist Academy. She is Houtarou's classmate with excellent grades and good manners. She is an alchemist girl who attends the "Alchemy Academy" hidden in the basement of the school. She was born to her father Fuga Kudo, a powerful alchemist who disappeared ten years ago following an incident regarding the theft of the Ride Chemy Cards from the school. In the present day, she aided Houtarou Ichinose in his journey of becoming Kamen Rider.
