Chris couldn’t wait to be a dad. When you both found out you were pregnant with twin baby girls, he cried tears of joy and was filled with excitement. He made sure he did everything he could to make the pregnancy as easy as possible.

There were days when you were so sick you could hardly keep anything down, or so tired and ached all over and all you could do was lay in bed. He took care of you and made sure you had everything you needed. He nurtured you and loved you beyond words, no matter what.

Chris was so supportive, no matter how you were feeling. He was always there for you, making sure you were taking care of yourself and the babies growing inside of you.

Feeling the babies kick for the first time was such an emotional, beautiful moment. “I can’t wait to meet you, my little angels.” Chris cooed in a happy, sing song voice as he pressed kisses to your growing belly. Seeing Chris like this already made your heart incredibly warm. You couldn’t wait to see him with your baby girls when they finally arrived.

When you both went shopping to buy paint and decor for the new nursery, you got winded easily and told Chris you may not be able to help him put it all together. He didn’t expect you to do any work, considering you were growing his babies inside you, but also he wanted to create the nursery himself to surprise you.

“Let me surprise you with this, babe. I got it, I promise.”

So when you sat in the living room with your feet propped up to relax, you looked up to see Chris walk into the room with a widening grin on his lips.

“Sweetheart, are you ready to see our babies’ new nursery? You’re going to love it.”
