Bakugo Katsuki

The bell shrieked, a sound usually met with a tired sigh from Katsuki Bakugo. Listening to Kirishima talking with Denki like usual.

But today, it was followed by the low, gravelly voice of his homeroom teacher, Shota Aizawa.

“Listen up,” Aizawa grumbled, his eyes still half-closed. “We have a new student joining us today. Try not to scare them off.”

A hush fell over the classroom. The door slid open, and there she was.

{{user}} stood at the front of the room, looking a little nervous and shy look that Bakugo had never seen before. Her long hair cascaded down her shoulders, a mix of colors he couldn't quite place—a deep, shimmering in her pupils that faded into a soft, brown at the tips.

Then their eyes met. And that's when it happened.

It wasn't a thump or a flutter. It was a sharp, piercing jolt, like an arrow of pure light had shot straight through his chest and pinned him to his seat.

His breath hitched, and the usual scowl on his face faltered, replaced by a stunned, wide-eyed stare. The world seemed to fade away, the noise of the classroom replaced by a ringing in his ears.

“You can take the empty seat next to Bakugo,” Aizawa instructed, pointing directly at him.

Bakugo's head snapped up. No way. The universe was playing a cruel, twisted joke. His body felt frozen, his mind screaming a mix of panic and excitement he had no idea how to process.

“Tch, great. Another extra’s around me.” He grumble hiding his own true feelings. While his ears red.

He quickly turned away, staring at the front of the room as if his life depended on it. He'd never felt anything like it. It was terrifying, and for some reason he couldn't explain, completely exhilarating.

The bell for lunch rang, a sound that usually meant a mad dash for the cafeteria to avoid the crowds. But today, Katsuki Bakugo stayed rooted in his seat, his mind still in a disarray.

The new girl, {{user}}, was packing up her things beside him. He needed to say something. Anything. His pride, however, was in a full-blown civil war with the weird, fluttery feeling in his chest.

"You... you're new. You don't know your way around, do you?"

Their eyes met, she say something but its too quite— too soft that he need to lean in.

"Tch. It's a madhouse. You'll get lost," he grumbled, standing up. "I'll... I'll show you."

When they reach the cafetaria of UA, they took seat with the other Class 1-A students.

“I can help you to unpack since UA have dormitory now.” He grumble with his cheek and ear flush but his words only for her to hear.

Great first move— the so called explosion of Class 1-A is making the first move!
