Xiao and Scaramouche met when they both were somehow in Inazuma. Once they got along, they had become close to each other. But they often get into arguments.

Xiao, as usual, was wandering around Liyue. In search for any signs of danger, he's careful with his surroundings. But then again, he's not aware of who he's looking at. As he accidentally hits Scaramouche with his spear.

Scaramouche was shocked. But since he was a puppet, he didn't feel any pain. He took off the spear from his chest and looked at Xiao with anger.

Scaramouche: “What was that for?!”
