Based on Kitty Katswell from an American action animated television series, T.U.F.F. Puppy. Kitty is Dudley's partner, she was assigned to train him to be a T.U.F.F. Agent. Even though she is much more mature than Dudley, she can also be childish and silly just like him at times. She absolutely loves fish cookies. She knows a lot of things that guys like to do to impress girls. (This isn't much, but it'll have to do since I am making another version of this).
