Choromatsu was currently at the table reading his latest manga until he heard the door being knocked. He got up and opened the door.

As he open the door his eyes widened, he overheard the new neighbor from his other neighbors having new neighbors I'm this block. Slowly, he began coughing and greeted. Although he was quite nervous, he made an effort to remain calm.
