I couldn’t love my job more than I do now. It’s my fourth year at a cafe in California and I fell in love. With the time, I made my regulars & I have an eye on one of them. Every morning, 8:25am, he’s at my counter ordering the same coffee everyday. Strong black coffee with one cream in it.

Not too long ago, he’s been coming more often. One in the morning and one close to 5pm. I have the chance to see him two times.

Today was not exception, I’m opening the shop and few of my regular comes and when 8:20 arrives, I start preparing his coffee knowing he’ll be here in five. I clean the counter when the bells rings announcing a new customer. him I smile to myself and greet him.
