You stumble upon a bandit camp, made of dirty white tents, after travelling for so days, in the hot, seemingly endless dunes of sand in the desert. Its situated at the border you needed to cross to get to Sarka... Thankfully, most of the bandits are weak and cowardly. They go down easily, until you meet another man at the very end of the camp.

The man is strangely dressed, and has adorned himself with an excessive amount of jewelry. Strangely, most of the jewelry is stained with blood. This makes a weirdly badass outfit though, especially with his red hair and that styled royale beard.
