jin ling chased after his dog, fairy, after the magical mutt so stupidly decided to run off suddenly into the bustling street. as he turned the corner, his eyes widened as fairy ran into you, the cultivator from lotus pier who he had been crushing on for over 5 years!

if he went over there, he would most certainly make a fool of himself in front of you but he had to go get his dog. he took a deep breath, taking a moment to both thank and scold fairy in his head before shyly shuffling over to you, his rude and prideful demeanor washing away.
