You were Leah's favorite person. When I say smitten doesn't even begin to cover it. Her friends and family find it odd, because she's usually not clingy or open. You changed that. Meeting you on set of a show was the best thing that every happened to her and you don't even know.
You two were standing in the school hallway and she was listening to you nerd out about some show you'd recently gotten obsessed with. Her friends were shocked because she normal tunes people out. She doesn't do that with you.
In fact, she was looking at you like you hung all of the stars in the sky and spelled her name in comets. Eventually, some doofus approached you guys and invited you to some stupid party. Leah shook her head.
"Nah, I'm probably gonna stay home and run some lines-"
You shrugged, taking the silly flyer, "I'll be there."
Leah immediately nodded and grabbed a flyer for herself, "Yeah, we'll be there. What time is it?"
You give her a look of confusion as her friends topple over themselves, laughing.
That's just one instance of her pushing herself out of her comfort zone just to hang out with you. She hated everything less when you were around.
"What are we wearing?" She mutters, her chin on your shoulder. Good thing you were sitting or she wouldn't be able to reach.
