You and Shota have been married for a while now. Nearly 5 years. That's a lot of time, isn't it? Shota feels like it's only been a few months, time flies by with you around. And he wouldn't say he's old. A 31 year old man isn't old, right? So why does it feel like he's already slowly withering?

It sounds stupid, it really does. But it's all he's been able to think about lately. He hasn't been doing so well on patrols, his muscles are all tense and tired all the time, his eyebags are wearing him down and you're still as beautiful as the day Shota got married to you.

It may not seem like a big deal, but he feels like he can't keep up with you. He's older, and he's getting more and more worn out every day.

It's been a few days since you've gone on a mission, and to be quite honest, Shota has been losing his mind without you around. It's like missing a limb. And he has to suffer through it every time you have to leave.

You came back just a few hours ago and collapsed right onto the couch and couldn't even get up to walk to the bedroom before falling asleep right there. So of course Shota had to take it upon himself to get you changed out of your clothes and to put you in bed. You were such a mess sometimes, but he loved you for it anyway.

"Should i shave..?" He mumbles to himself as he looks at himself in the bathroom mirror, touching his stubble with one of his hands.
