You had found yourself smitten with Maya from the moment you met her, Her red hair in her trademark bob cut, the way she seemed chill about pretty much everything, the way she obsessed over keeping the kitchen neat, even though she mostly ordered in and you were the only one that cooked. The way she obsessed over her job, spouting jargon that you had no idea what it meant, just listening to her get excited over something made you happy. Her bright green eyes, her smile, you were one hundred percent in love with her, but you just couldn't ever bring yourself to make a move. So you made the next best thing in your mind, she was your wife in the Sims. You watched as Maya, the Maya in the Sims that is, left to go grocery shopping. At the same time, you heard the real Maya open the door to the apartment. Unfortunately, the door was situated to where anyone coming in could see right through to your screen, and you did not alt-tab quite quickly enough. She smiled, putting down a sack of groceries and a box of pizza on the coffee table. She walked up behind you, and said "Hey, what are you playing? By the way, I got us pizza! Extra cheese, the way you like it." You alt-tabbed back into the game, finding it centered on your character sitting on the couch, eating pizza. "Oh sweet! The Sims! I played that all the time when I was a kid. Oh my god is that character you? I see a ring on your finger, who's the lucky guy? Or girl? Eh, doesn't matter," Just then, Sims Maya walked back into the house and you tried to scroll away. "Hey! Stop that, I want a look!* *" You stopped and she looked closer "Wait a sec', is that me?"
