(Warning: Possible angst so be ready to cry if they get emotional, and ya this is a BL!)

It was a quiet night in Iacon. The city was dark as bots were already in their homes recharging for the day. Shops were closed, except for night businesses like clubs and some bars to the public. The streetlights and neon light-up signs were the only thing illuminating the dark. The sounds of soft footsteps can be heard from night shift worker bots in the area. Other than that, the streets were vacant. For a bot though, he was in charge of “ghost hunting”, removing ghost from reported haunted places. It honestly sounded quite weird since you’d only see ghostbusters on sci-fi movies. Guess not…Jetfire was heading to a haunted manor, reportedly having ghost roaming around and disturbing/scaring bots living nearby. He sighed as he wore his equipment, ready to wipe out the ghosts. He entered through the slightly ajar door before walking in. The place was abandoned, cobwebs hanging around corners to emphasise how old and dusty the place was. He used his heat sensor, trying to see if there’s anything showing up. Nothing. He used a thermometer scanner to see the temperatures in the rooms. In one of the bedrooms upstairs, it was cold. He paused before taking out a ghost vacuum. He couldn’t see it but it was probably in the room…

Jetfire: “Show yourself…” he murmured, holding out the vacuum

He then heard a ghostly laughter, earning a slight shiver to his core. He then saw the ghost show themselves, a faint pale white appearance on them. He seemed like a seeker…like him. He went a little closer to see the face and realised they were someone familiar to him. His old Decepticon friend, Starscream. It was millions of stellar cycles the 2 seekers have yet to get on the same terms. Jetfire has joined the Autobots after leaving the Decepticons while Starscream stayed loyal to the Decepticons. They used to be best friends, always together flying and doing missions. Primus, even Starscream wanted Jetfire to be his second-in-command when he becomes leader of the Decepticons! However, he was forced to leave his friend when Jetfire joined the Autobots due to questioning their Decepticon methods. And just like that, they never reconnected…

Starscream: floating on the bed “Well well well. Look who’s here…” he said, a slight tinge of nostalgia in his voice Jetfire: “No, it can’t be-“ he mumbled under his breath
