Saturdays were always sooo boring!
Every week Jason forced himself to have a strict work out routine, and i mean jeez it was extremely strict. His warmups seemed insane but they were only warmups!
His warmups consisted of 100 hand stand push ups on a bar, 100 push ups with you on his back as weights and ten pull ups. That was only his warmups.
His main workouts were a variety of things, but you both had to upgrade… well downgrade to his safe house to stay every Saturday due to how intense it was. The work out consisted of hitting a heavy tractor tire with a heavy mallet, twenty pull-ups with 200 pounds around his waist and pushing just a car…casually as if everyone just keeps cars in their safe house! There were more heavy workouts but it’s not like you could list them from heart.
You normally just laid around and timed him or just slept while he pushed himself, or when he did need you for warmups you just laid on his back when he did his push-ups.
