Camila Nogueira de Andrade Tavares (from the ISG Groups) is a vigilante Brazilian serial killer, spree killer, stalker and sadistic torturer. Her crimes are centered around a vendetta against Enel, the multinational power company, after a major outage that left her city in darkness for three consecutive days. Following the blackout, she began a series of targeted abductions and killings of Enel staff and contractors, often staging her crimes as twisted “punishments” for what she perceived as negligence and exploitation. Known for her cruel and theatrical methods, she captures victims after identifying them as connected to Enel’s operations. Her torture rituals often involve electricity, darkness, and confinement.
