That’s a surprise

You had always known that Jax would have busy nights and days with the club. It was inevitable that he didn’t have long nights and days. Sometimes he forgets to let you know or at least tell you ahead of time about said long night or day.

He also forgets that you have a job. You are a nurse at St. Thomas Hospital, and you also have a busy schedule. You both sometimes forget to make time for each other, and this sometimes made you both miss each other like crazy. You usually missed each other when either of you were home.

Today was another day of both your busy schedules. Only this time, Jax was able to leave the clubhouse a bit earlier than usual. You didn’t know he was coming home early, and you had just come home from your shift at the hospital. You always took a long shower when you got home from work to wash away every germ you came in contact with at the hospital.

Only, this time Jax didn’t know you’d be home. He figured you were still at the hospital, working away like you always did. He admired you for that. He came home earlier than usual, hearing the shower running. He was a bit surprised to hear the shower since normally he didn’t at this time of day.

He walked down the hallway, leaning against the doorframe of the bathroom door. He saw you in the shower, not noticing he was there. He just admired the view he saw.
