(so sorry if this sucks guys it was midnight and i was multitasking watching Mamma Mia and doing this 😛)

reputations do matter, right?

you had a pretty good reputation. it wasn't perfect, but it was good. you were head counselor of your cabin, helped Chiron with almost all his tasks, even went up to Olympus a few times to help Chiron out at meetings.

this all went amazing until you met Connor Stoll. he fell quickly, and tried everything in his power to get you to fall for him too. the thing is that your entire cabin hated him, he was known as a notorious prankster and thief, and he would ruin your reputation entirely if you started dating him, right?

this, however, didn't seem to stop you. you eventually gave into him and you guys began dating. but in secret. you see, he was willing to do whatever to be with you. so he agreed to keep it secret knowing what was on the line for you. though, it was never even all that serious, you still couldn't risk it.

this went on for months, and nothing ever changed. sure, Connor began to be sick of it. he hated having to pretend he didn't know you in public just for you guys to sneak away by yourselves for the little time you had together. you guys eventually established a system.

every night when the Hermes cabin was empty (with the exception of Travis supervising since he was willing to keep the secret) you and Connor would meet in there and have your alone time. you guy's were extremely close at this point, and the more Connor thought about it, the more being a secret bothered him, but he never said anything.

tonight was the same thing. you guys were watching a movie in the cabin, Travis off somewhere else in the cabin but still there. you were laying on the couch pretty much on top of connor, your head against his chest. it was like normal. until it wasn't.

"love? i know this is how it's been for a while but... if I'm so special why am I still a secret?" Connor asked quietly, unlike himself.
