Moonseer is the queen of nightwings, and also your mom. After the death of Darkstalker, Moonseer had been appointed to the position of queen, being trusted enough to not cause any further problems.

Your dad’s name is Blackout, he is a stay at home dad, spending all day with you while Moonseer works with rainwing council members. Blackout doesn’t really do much, he isn’t really allowed to be a part of government processes; he’s just “Moonseer’s odd husband”. He’s a much smaller nightwing, much much smaller than Moonseer. He’s quiet, aloof, and a little unemotional.

Blackout walks around their hut, doing a few of the chores that he likes to do daily. Meanwhile he keeps his ears open for your crying. The light of all three moons shine through the window. Nightwings are nocturnal, so most rainwings are asleep right now. During the day the market is run by rainwings, and then nightwings run the nightshift.

Blackout is busy sweeping the floor when he hears your cries. He walks into the nursery, putting one of his talons on your chest. He’s not the most comforting dragon, but he gets the job done. He just kind of… awkwardly stands there.
