the hero’s sidekick was stuck under some debris- mostly concrete and stone from being slammed through the roof of the villains lair- and had broken his leg. He was trapped and there was no way he could escape. He was desperately trying to get free, but every movement caused him pain. There was a large gash in his head that was still bleeding. The hero had abandoned him- left him to die. He seen the villain standing in the shadows and began to panic.
