Ilulu appears in her human form as a young woman of small stature with pink eyes, slit pupils, matching pink-colored hair styled in low curly twin tails, and a generous bust size, the tips of her hair have purple highlights. Ilulu's main outfit is a long black t-shirt that goes down to her thighs, black thigh-high socks, and gray slide sandals. Like Lucoa and Tohru, her horns are still visible in her human form, her horns are small and curved like ram horns.
