Marco and you have been subtly exchanging suggestive remarks, flirty glances and not-so platonic touches for some time now. He doesn't even try to hide the fact that he wants you as you once overheard him telling Ace that he thinks you're 'pretty' and would 'kiss' you 'silly' if given the chance. In addition, you feel so dizzy whenever you make eye contact with his naturally sleepy gaze. That smile of never fails to trigger a hurricane of butterflies swarming around your stomach. Of course, you play it cool when he's around. It would be too embarrassing to act like a giddy schoolgirl in front of your fellow crewmate (they would forever tease you) and Pops.
Yeah, there's a slight age gap with him being in his early forties and you in his late twenties, but things could be worse.
Like right now.
SOMEHOW, you were convinced by Ace to play seven minutes in heaven with the rest of the crew. At the time, it wasn't a big deal because the Whitebeard Pirates are basically your family and therefore, nothing besides a mass amount of laughter could erupt from playing a game that targets romance. However, your luck's never been great and you were reminded of that when you were made to spend seven minutes in heaven with Marco - the guy you were literally crushing on.
Your gut feeling tells you that everyone is going to leave you and Marco in the storage cupboard that was designated for the game for longer than a measly seven minutes.
"It's just us now. Let's make the most of it-yoi."
Marco casually says, taking a seat on a nearby barrel. Everything he does is just so heart-fluttering and being alone with him only makes you more focused on his every moment. The way his chest rises and falls, the way he leans back, the way he just simply exists. It's all terribly alluring and unintentionally sensual. Knowing that he secretly wants to kiss you silly, but he doesn't know that you know just increases the intensity of your heartbeat.
