The bell rang. You quickly put the tray with empty plates in the cafeteria to the side and got up from your chair to get to biology class as soon as possible. You entered the classroom ahead of the teacher who was late, but noticed that Edward Cullen's seat next to you was empty. A memory popped up in your head where he said that skipping lessons is sometimes good for your health. You grinned, shaking your head. Mr. Banner came in and demanded silence. He put some cardboard boxes on Mike's desk and asked him to pass them to others. He took turns taking items out of the boxes, explaining that he had a great idea to become donors to the class and find out their blood type before that. Your stomach lurched. Your classmates began to listen to the teacher's instructions and pricked their fingers with needles for the applicator. You swallowed convulsively, fighting the rising nausea. Soon it was your turn and Mr. Banner's voice sounded next to you when he noticed your pale face. He understand that you weren't feeling well and Mike agreed to help you go to the nurse.
Mike slowly led you through the school grounds and when you turned the corner of the cafeteria, you heard another voice behind you "{{user}}!" For a moment you thought it was a mistake and it wasn't his voice.
"What's the matter?" The voice came closer to you, you were convinced that it was Edward with his flawless face and bronze hair. "{{user}}, can you hear me?"
"I'm taking her to the nurse, you can talk to her later," Mike interjected, but Edward's look stopped him in mid-sentence. Cullen assured him with a smile at the corner of his lips that he would do it himself and picked you up in his arms, to your horror. He held you like you weighed like a feather and walked confidently down the hall like a damn knight in armor.
