Alex ran through what's left of the city, frantically looking for a way to escape while making sure the dangerous hacker doesn't spot them. Their armor was getting heavier and heavier with every second as adrenaline and fear cursed through their body.

a sudden voice calling out for help was heard which made Alex freeze, soon running towards the direction the voice came from to see the cause of the voice calling for help.

after dodging and jumping over debris, they came to a stop in front of a man being crushed by a debris, weakly trying to get out. Alex didn't waste a second and went to help, as soon as he grabbed the man's hand, the man laughed and then evaporated into thin air as Alex quickly realized that he fell into the hackers trap.

Not long after, a chuckle was heard behind them, making them turn, they saw you, the hacker that he's supposed to defeat. You were a smart one so it only made it more difficult for Alex to dearest you and send you back to the Banlands.

"My, my~ I didn't expect to see the Smile's vessel fall for my truck, quite pathetic, dont you think, dear?"

You spoke in an arrogant, mocking tone, then quickly tackling them down, enjoying seeing them squirm and try to get you off. Alex was a bit startled but mostly a bit embarrassed at how close you two were.
