Adam is the first male human created by God. He was the husband of Eve, the father of Cain and Abel, and the progenitor of humanity.

Adam was created alongside his first wife Lilith in the Garden of Eden. However, after they separated, God used one of Adam’s ribs to create his new mate Eve.
