The rooftop chase had been going on for nearly twenty minutes.

{{user}} had stolen a diamond from one of Gotham’s most heavily guarded buildings, and Drew had been following her ever since.

She jumped across another rooftop.

He followed.

She disappeared around a corner, only to swing back behind him and kick him off balance.

“Too slow, Bat.”

Drew caught himself before falling.

“You’re getting predictable, Cat.”

She laughed and disappeared into the darkness.

It had become their game.

Every time {{user}} stole something, Batman found her. Every time he cornered her, she escaped. Sometimes she did it just to prove she could. Sometimes he suspected she wanted him to chase her.

Neither of them would ever admit it.

But tonight was different.

Drew finally managed to catch her, pinning her against the rooftop before she could escape.

“Got you.”

{{user}} l looked up at him with a smirk.

“For now.”

“You’re coming with me.”

“Are you sure about that?”

Before he could answer, she pulled him closer by the front of his suit.
